What is P90X?
The P90X workout is an excessive 90 day fitness program developed by exercise guru Tony Horton and Beachbody. This intense residence train program combines cardio workouts, weight and resistance coaching, yoga, plyometrics, and stretching routines to improve coordination, flexibility, and strength.

I’ve bought the p90x program and want to evaluate the p90x workout schedule and get anyone who is considering trying it prepared mentally for it.
P90x classic workout schedule
The p90x workout schedule is break down into three principal categories – the classic, lean and plan p90x workout plan. The p90x workout schedule for the traditional program looks like this:
Weeks 1-3
- Day 1: Chest & Back, with Ab Ripper-X.
- Day 2: Plyometrics (intense leg workout)
- Day 3: Shoulders & Arms, with Ab Ripper-X.
- Day 4: Yoga-X (get ready to sweat)
- Day 5: Legs & Back, with Ab Ripper-X
- Day 6: Kenpo-X
- Day 7: Rest or X-Stretch
Week 4 (recovery week)
- Day 1: Yoga-X
- Day 2: Core Synergies
- Day 3: Kenpo-X
- Day 4: X-Stretch
- Day 5: Core Synergies again
- Day 6: Yoga-X again
- Day 7: Rest or X-Stretch again
This week is very important to follow. The entire key to the p90x workout plan is muscle confusion. This week offers your muscle tissue a chance to chill out earlier than you confuse them even more with the upcoming weeks.
